Had an amazing day at the #rammstein gig in Milton Keynes last night. The whole day was superb, tbh, especially as I spent it with those two boobs in the first photo 😍 Rammstein are the true masters of their craft. Their stage craft is second to none, and their musicianship is superb. Great music and great theatre, each complimenting the other perfectly. Til still scares the shit out of me though 😆 A brilliant brilliant day. And we had the bonus excitement, well, it was exciting for me anyway, of seeing a pair of peregrine falcons flying above the stadium chasing the gulls. 😅👌🏻 #heavymetal #heavyfuckingmetal #gigtimes

Out and about with my new friend (that's the camera, not the pint). Playing with aperture settings and some of the built-in effects to *very* mixed results. I don't bite my nails so I'm having to bite the actual book instead. Breakers by Doug Johnstone (@writerdougj) is breathtakingly good. I devoured this in two days (less really but I had to sleep and eat, etc), even though at times I had to put it down to digest what I had just read. It is heartbreakingly compelling stuff and all too plausible. Tyler Wallace is a 17 year old house breaker, carer to his drug addled alcoholic mum, to his 7 year old sister Bean, and under the control of his brutal and psychotic older half brother Barry. His life is one downward spiral after another, but after a break-in goes horribly wrong it only gets worse. This book will break your fucking heart, but there is hope amongst the misery.
